Dermal Fillers
Here at Qutis we use a range of dermal fillers for our clients. The dermal filler we select is based upon the experience of our trained nurses and your requirements. Your nurse will decide which product is right for you following your consultation and after understanding your expectations. Below is an overview of the key products we use at Qutis and the effects a client can expect.
Juvederm
Juvéderm™ is a smooth consistency gel also made of hyaluronic acid (HA). HA is a naturally occurring substance in the skin that also helps add volume and hydration. Your practitioner eases Juvéderm™ injectable gel under the skin, through a specific diameter syringe, to instantly restore your skin’s volume and smooth away facial wrinkles and folds. Typical areas of filling are “smile lines” or “parentheses” called nasolabial folds (these are the creases that run from the bottom of your nose to the corners of your mouth). Juvéderm™ provides a smooth, natural look and feel.
Restylane
Restylane® and Perlane® are a range of Hyaluronic Acid based dermal filler products, which safely and effectively reduce lines, folds and wrinkles, contours and create volume and improve skin appearance. They are used to smooth away moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, such as the lines from your nose to the corners of your mouth (nasolabial folds) or the darker depressions or circles that appear under your eyes (tear troughs). Restylane is the world’s most used, most studied dermal filler and has an extensive range of products suited to individual treatment needs. It can hydrate as well as adding volume to your skin without the need for more invasive surgery.
With most of these treatments, friends tend to say things like; “you’re looking well” or “you’re looking relaxed and happy” but few if any will know exactly why!
