You will obviously need capital to invest in your business.  If you think you may need a bank loan to add to your own capital we can lead you through this process.

Do I need any Qualifications?

No medical qualification is needed to operate one of our Qutis Beauty Franchises. Each Advanced Beauty Franchise will have a nurse either employed by them or provided by us to deliver injection treatments such as Botox or lip fillers. We will help with recruitment of staff and provide full aesthetic training & business administration training for all your team.

The Qutis model will suit a range of backgrounds, all seeking a fast low risk route to developing their own aesthetic beauty business. You may have a business or practice already that could be grown by converting or adding a Qutis franchise. You may even have premises or know or somebody who has premises which are not fully utilised. All Qutis franchisees and their team will undergo a CRB check during the application process.

Starting Your Business

Leaving a job or working for yourself  always involves some risk. Franchise opportunities like ours can reduce some of that risk by providing a proven model to follow. There are many different elements to consider when planning and starting your own beauty franchise or any other franchise opportunity. We will help you through all the steps of setting up your own premises, this will require an investment which will vary depending on the area you choose and the condition of the premises.

What will I need to invest?

The one-off franchise is reduced from £24,500 to £18,750 for the first group of new franchisees.

This figures includes:

• business training worth £2500,
• specialist advanced nurse practitioner training over 3 weeks worth £3000 (if we provide the nurse practitioner this charge is removed), launch marketing of £3000
• Qutis website worth £1000
• £5000 franchise license and
• business planning consultancy worth £1500 (via third party specialist)

Treatment equipment for your practice will cost £10,000 to £15,000 (we provide full details, specification and suppliers)

Premises refurbishment will vary we esitimate between £5,000 to £20,000 depending on size and condition.

You will also need working capital, depending on your own business plan which will will produce with you.

Training & Coaching

We train you or your staff in injection skills AND business administration. Choosing the right cosmetic injection training is vital to your confidence and future success. To be a skilful injector takes weeks of training and practice, structured into stages and spread over several months. If you think how long it took to acquire your current skills it was probably months or possibly years. A weekend course in room with a dozen delegates is not sufficient.

We provide two weeks hands-on training, followed by monthly coaching & review sessions. This provides the core skills which you and your staff will need to become competent and effective. Qutis training is intensive, hands-on practical coaching in cosmetic injections, toxin and dermal fillers, laser hair removal and all key areas of business administration & operations.

All the training for the first year, for you and your staff is included in your Franchise Fee. All your training is supported with online documents and training videos available at the touch of a button.
